01About CreatorQube

What is CreatorQube?
A workspace for agencies and brand teams to find creators, shortlist them, track their campaign content and share results with clients. It covers Discover, Creator reports, Lists, Track (campaign tracking), Client reports and Competitors.
Who is it for?
Agencies and in-house brand teams — usually 2 to 10 people — running creator campaigns on Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Can I sign up myself?
Accounts start with a demo. After it, we give you a trial account so you can test the platform yourself.
Is there help inside the app?
Yes. Help in the app opens a short guided tour of the page you're on, and a tour is offered the first time you open the main pages.

02Platforms and data

Which platforms do you cover?
All three — Instagram, YouTube and TikTok — for search, Creator reports, automatic campaign tracking and competitor benchmarks.
A creator forgot to tag us. Can I still add their post?
Yes. Import any Instagram, YouTube or TikTok post by link and it joins the campaign with its figures. If the creator isn't in the campaign yet, they're added too.
Do you track Instagram stories?
Yes, when your campaign tracks a mention or hashtag. While the campaign is tracking, CreatorQube periodically checks creators' stories and keeps a copy of each one that carries your mention or hashtag sticker, so it's still there as proof after the story expires. Stories are kept without figures. Keywords alone won't capture a story. For a story without your sticker, paste its link with Import content while it's still live.
Which formats are tracked?
Instagram posts, carousels, reels and stories. YouTube videos, Shorts and lives. TikTok videos.
How fresh are the numbers?
A new post's figures are refreshed about every 6 hours for its first three days, then daily for up to 90 days after it's posted.
How long can a campaign track?
You choose 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 days, and can schedule the start up to 30 days ahead.
Which creator accounts can be tracked?
Public Instagram, YouTube and TikTok accounts. If a creator's account is private or can't be found, CreatorQube flags it so you can follow up.
What metrics do campaign results show?
Likes, comments and views as the platforms report them; engagement rate calculated from those figures.
How accurate are fake-follower and audience-credibility figures?
They're estimates based on audience signals. Use them to spot risk and ask better questions — not as a final verdict on a creator.
Is data depth the same on every platform?
No. Some Creator report fields aren't available for every platform. We'll show you what's available for your platforms in the demo.
Where does your data come from?
From publicly available platform data.

03Campaigns and reports

Can I add a lot of creators or posts at once?
Yes. Paste handles or profile links in bulk, add whole lists, or import a CSV or Excel file. Content links can be pasted in bulk or imported from a file the same way.
Can I benchmark our competitors?
Yes. Add up to 100 brand or creator accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and compare their followers, engagement rate and engagements side by side. Refreshing their stats doesn't use credits.
Can I export our data?
Yes. Discover results, lists, campaign creators and competitors export to Excel, and Creator reports and Client reports download as PDF.
How does CreatorQube help me manage creators?
Lists keep each creator's status, your notes and the agreed rate in one place, next to the contact details in their Creator report, so the whole team knows where every creator stands.
What's an “Affiliate” campaign?
A campaign type you can use to label and report on affiliate-style collaborations, with the same tracked content and results as any other campaign.
How do I share results with a client?
Open the campaign's Client report, add your objective, outcome and learnings, choose which sections to show, then Share. Set link access to Anyone with the link and send it — no sign-in needed. Or Download PDF.
Who can open a shared report?
With Restricted, only Workspace members who can see this campaign. With Anyone with the link, anyone who has the link. A draft campaign can't be shared until it starts tracking. You can reset the link at any time, which switches off the old one. Shared reports aren't indexed by search engines.
Can I white-label reports?
No — Client reports carry CreatorQube branding.

04Team and access

How do agencies manage multiple clients?
Each client is a Brand inside your Workspace. You can give each Member access only to the campaigns of the brands they work on. Owners and Admins can see every brand.
Can someone belong to more than one Workspace?
No — each person belongs to one Workspace.
Who uses a seat?
Owners, Admins and Members each use a seat, and so does an open invitation until it's accepted or revoked. Invitations expire after 14 days.

05Plans and credits

How much does CreatorQube cost?
Plans are set up around your team: seats, tracked creators and credits. Every plan includes every module. Book a demo and we'll send a quote.
What are credits?
Credits are used when you run a filtered search in Discover or unlock a creator's full report. A creator's overview is free, and a report is unlocked once for your whole Workspace — reopening it or downloading its PDF doesn't use credits.
What's a “tracked creator”?
A distinct creator in any campaign that hasn't been completed, including drafts and paused campaigns. The same creator in two campaigns counts once. When a campaign completes, its creators stop counting.
Can I buy extra credits?
Not inside the app. Tell us and we'll adjust your plan.

06Privacy and security

Is my Workspace data private?
Yes. Everything stays inside your Workspace unless you share a Client report with Anyone with the link. Campaigns and their reports follow each member's brand access. Lists, creator notes and agreed rates are shared across the whole Workspace.
Can I be signed in on more than one device?
No. Each person can be signed in on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device asks you to confirm, then signs the other one out.
